As part of the movement to reduce the ecological footprint in the food industry, this Université Laval student committee offers low-cost bulk food products close to the university community. Three objectives are at the heart of the project: 1. to reduce overpackaging related to traditional food marketing 2. to reduce the environmental impact of the food industry. Increase the financial accessibility of bulk food products 3. To improve proximity to a bulk food store for members of the university community.
